Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our Hillbilly items.

You may seek a refund or exchange to the value of the purchase price for any product purchased on the website (excluding gift cards) subject to the below.

To seek a refund or exchange:
(a) return the product in its original condition and unworn within 30 days of purchase for full price products.
(b) Returns & Exchange form filled out;
(c) the original Hillbilly N Co tax invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

To begin the refund or exchange process: 
1.) Fill out the Refunds & Exchange Form;
2.) Email the form to: info@hillbillynco.com
3.) You’ll be notified via email if your return has been accepted to which you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item/s you are returning. We will not accept returns that are sent to us without being requested or approved first, therefore your refund/exchange will not be processed.
4.) Pack your items; don't forget to include the Returns & Exchange Form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.) Processing - should your item(s) not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy; your items will be sent back to you. If we have sold out of the size you require in exchange, a refund will be processed.

Please allow 3 days processing after we receive your return or exchange.
Refund - Please note that if you purchased your product via credit card, it may take up to 5 Business Days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you have any queries or issues regarding your particular item, do get in touch.
Unfortunately, accessories and items with discounts cannot be returned.
